º Tendrán derecho a beca para el año siguiente, sin tener en cuenta requisitos de carácter económico, los alumnos de los planteles oficiales que, además de acreditar buena conducta, obtengan el promedio absoluto más alto de calificación en cada grado, de primero a quinto inclusive. Cuando haya varios grupos en el grado respectivo recibirá beca el mejor alumno de cada grupo, siempre que el grupo tenga un mínimo de cuarenta (40) alumnos.
