º El presente Decreto rige para las exportaciones de café cuyo embarque debe efectuarse desde el 1º de julio de 1991 según el anuncio de venta correspondiente. En consecuencia, las exportaciones con embarques anunciados para antes de la fecha mencionada, se sujetarán íntegramente a las normas que rijan con anterioridad a este Decreto.
