Artículo sexto. El artículo 9º del Decreto numero 1479 de 1963 quedara así: "Artículo noveno. En casos de especial gravedad, a juicio del Director Ejecutivo de la Superintendencia de Regulación Económica, éste podrá aplicar a prevención el Artículo 5º del presente Decreto, siguiendo el procedimiento señalado en el Artículo 7º del mismo y podrá comisionar a funcionarios de la citada Superintendencia para que inicien y perfeccionen, en cualquier lugar del territorio nacional, las investigaciones por los hechos de que trata el presente Decreto.
