° El certificado expedido, tendrá las siguientes vigencias: Los otorgados a las personas jurídicas con más de diez (10) años de constituidas y a las entidades públicas, podrán conferirse hasta por tres (3) años. Los otorgados para las demás personas interesadas, se conferirán hasta por un (1) año. No obstante, el certificado podrá anularse unilateralmente en cualquier tiempo por la Dirección Nacional de Estupefacientes, con base en los informes provenientes de los organismos investigativos del Estado. Dicha anulación será informada a las autoridades correspondientes y contra ella no procede ningún recurso.
