° En desarrollo del control de tutela los gobernadores adoptarán inmediatamente las medidas pertinentes con el fin de que las Juntas Directivas de las Empresas Industriales y Comerciales y las sociedades de Economía Mixta asimiladas al régimen aplicable a las Empresas Industriales y Comerciales, del orden departamental, adopten medidas idénticas a las previstas en el presente decreto.
