Programa de venta complementario. Si una parte o la totalidad de las acciones objeto del presente programa, no logran colocarse mediante el procedimiento previsto en el presente Decreto, el Fondo deberá presentar al Consejo de Ministros para su aprobación, a más tardar dentro de los noventa (90) días hábiles siguientes a la culminación del martillo a que se refiere el artículo 11 del presente Decreto, una propuesta alterna orientada a culminar el proceso de venta de los mismos.
