Las sociedades seccionales de crédito serán administradas por una Junta Directiva compuesta de cinco miembros, nombrados en la forma que se establezca en los estatutos de cada una de ellas de acuerdo con la Caja de Crédito Agrario e Industrial, sobre la base de que la Caja nombrará, por lo menos, un Director y el Auditor o Revisor Fiscal.
