Ciento ochenta (180) días después de de la vigencia de este Decreto, toda existencia de Caucho, balata, chicle, y demás gomas naturales similares extraídas sin la correspondiente autorización será decomisada, y a los individuos o entidades en cuyo poder se encuentre, se les cancelará la autorización, y por ningún motivo se le concederá otra.
