La etapa de descargos se inicia con la notificación de la resolución de cargos al investigado o a su apoderado. A partir de este momento el expediente quedará en la secretaría del Tribunal Departamental Etico de Terapia Respiratoria a disposición del profesional de Terapia Respiratoria acusado, por un término de 15 días hábiles, quien podrá solicitar las copias deseadas.
