Art. 260. Para el efecto de la matrícula, todo alumno debe presentar una persona abonada por su honorabilidad que responda por él, como acudiente. La inscripción y la cancelación de la matrícula requieren que el acudiente intervenga con su consentimiento expreso, y firme el documento, salvo el caso de cancelación por castigo.
