º. Las secciones y cajas de Ahorro deberán invertir el 20% del aumento de sus depósitos libres, a partir del 26 de febrero de 1954, en cédulas del Banco Central Hipotecario, hasta que sus inversiones en tales cédulas bajen el 50% al 32 ½ de sus depósitos libres. En los términos de este artículo se modifica el artículo 2º. Del Decreto número 3416 de 1950.
