° Para los efectos del artículo 14 del Decreto-ley 603 de 1977, entiéndese por período pre-electoral, los tres (3) meses inmediatamente anteriores a la fecha de las elecciones y por periodo post-electoral, el transcurrido entre la fecha de las elecciones y el día en que la Corte Electoral resuelva el último reclamo o apelación que llegue a su conocimiento.
