Créanse en la planta de personal global del Ministerio de Cultura los siguientes cargos, para vincular algunos trabajadores oficiales que gozan de especial protección legal, por estar amparados por fuero sindical o de maternidad, así: Cantidad Denominación Cargo Código Grado Tres (3) Músico Clase A 7711 09 Dos (2) Músico Clase A 7701 09 Dos (2) Músico Clase A 7713 09 Tres (3) Músico Clase B 7702 07 Uno (1) Músico de Banda A 6055 15 Tres (3) Músico de Banda B 6055 14 Tres (3) Músico de Banda C 6055 13

Parágrafo

Cuando por cualquier causa cese para sus titulares la protección especial por fuero sindical o de maternidad, se entenderán suprimidos los cargos de que trata el presente artículo.
