Aclárase el artículo único del Decreto 97 del 16 de enero de 1961, mediante el cual fue nombrado Jefe de Sección V, grado 11, de la Sección de Registros, del Departamento Administrativo de Aeronáutica Civil, el señor doctor Pedro María Cáceres Villamizar, en el sentido de que tal nombramiento se hizo como funcionario en Carrera Administrativa en período de prueba, según lo establecido en el artículo 50 del Decreto-ley número 1732 de 1960, y de acuerdo con la solicitud de elegible número 1822 del 28 de diciembre de 1960, del Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil.
