º . Del concepto de vigencia . Se entiende como vigencia anterior para efectos de la aplicación de la Ley 617 de 2000, el año fiscal inmediatamente anterior a aquel en que se adopta la categoría. Así mismo, los ajustes a las apropiaciones presupuestales deberán incorporarse a partir del presupuesto de la vigencia del año 2001.
