Cumplimiento de los deberes de capacitación. El empleado designado o inscrito voluntariamente para participar en las jornadas que se desarrollen dentro del Programa Institucional de Capacitación, deberá cumplir con los requisitos de asistencia y calificación establecidos para el mismo. Cuando el servidor que haya sido designado o que se haya inscrito voluntariamente en un programa de capacitación, no cumpla con el mínimo de asistencia requerido o no obtenga calificación aprobatoria, deberá rembolsar a la superintendencia el valor monetario correspondiente al costo total del curso en el que hubiere incurrido la entidad respecto de dicho servidor.
