La jurisdicción sólo puede ejercerse dentro del respectivo territorio señalado por la ley a las diversas autoridades judiciales y sólo puede excepcionalmente invadir territorio distinto cuando se trata del ejercicio de acciones reales o de inspecciones oculares, secuestros y otras diligencias relativas a inmuebles situados en distintas jurisdicciones.
