Art. 235. El Juez Superior de Distrito judicial tendrá por agentes inmediatos suyos, para el efecto de hacer que se practiquen ampliaciones indispensables, á los Jueces de Circuito, sin perjuicio de que puedan entenderse directamente con los demás funcionarios de instrucción, cuando así lo estimaren conveniente.
