A continuación del manifiesto se extenderá una diligencia que exprese la fecha de su presentación y la de la salida del buque, que firmarán el Administrador y el Contador, y se entregará uno de los ejemplares al consignatario, otro se remitirá a la Dirección General de Estadística y el otro quedará en el archivo de la Aduana.
