Obligación de información por parte del trabajador dependiente o del contratista. En el caso en que el trabajador dependiente o el contratista según corresponda, tenga múltiples empleadores o contratantes y los ingresos totales que percibe mensualmente sean inferiores a un (1) Salario Mínimo Legal Mensual Vigente deberá informar a estos, tal circunstancia, para efectos de su vinculación al Piso de Protección Social.
