Renovación de la Junta . La Junta Directiva podrá ser removida o renovada libremente en cualquier tiempo por la Asamblea General de Accionistas, pero no podrán hacerse renovaciones parciales de principales y/o suplentes, sin proceder a nueva elección de unos y otros en su totalidad, salvo que se designen, unos u otros, por unanimidad.
