Art. 3. ° El fondo de amortizacion de los enunciados "Pagarés" será de un 50 por 100 en la parte libre de los derechos de importación i en un 50 por 100 tambien de la parte libre del valor de las ventas de sal que se hagan en las Salinas i Establecimientos nacionales. Este fondo se recojerá i acumulará en la Tesoreria jeneral de la Union, en la que queda radicada i centralizada la amortizacion de tales "Pagarés".
