El trabajadorque habiendo cesado en el régimen de seguridad social de un País Miembro ingresare al de otro País Miembro y requiriese, para tener derecho alasprestaciones de enfermedad o maternidad, de la totalización de los períodos de seguro o asimilados, deberá presentar a la institución competente un certificado de la institución de anterior afiliación que acredite los períodos de aportación o asimilados que tuviere registrados en esa rama de seguro.
