DE LOS INCENTIVOS PARA UN MEJOR SERVICIO. Con el fin de obtener calidad y eficiencia en la provisión de los servicios de salud contemplados por la Ley, se aplicarán sistemas de incentivos a la oferta de servicios dirigidos al control de costos, al aumento de productividad y a la asignación de recursos utilizando criterios de costo eficiencia. De la misma manera, se aplicarán sistemas de incentivos a la demanda con el fin de racionalizar el sistema de referencia y contrarreferencia de pacientes, ampliar el conocimiento y manejo del sistema de parte de los afiliados y promover un servicio de mayor calidad al usuario.
