Art. 24. El Consejo nacional elegirá, una vez sancionada la presente ley, los Consejeros suplentes cuyo nombramiento corresponde al Senado y a la Cámara de Representantes. Para la elección de tales suplentes, se procederá como lo dispone el artículo E de la Constitución respecto de los principales.
