Esta se imprimirá del mes de agosto en adelante en un número de ejemplares suficiente para que pueda distribuirse por lo menos un ejemplar en todos los distritos de la República, entre los varios Institutos que dependen del Ministerio y para sostener los canjes con publicaciones análogas del Exterior.
