ARTICULO 105. Sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el artículo anterior, el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Transito sólo atenderá solicitudes sobre rutas ya servidas después de transcurrido el término de un (1) año contado a partir de la publicación del presente Decreto.
