Las empresas de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios que prestan el servicio de suministro de agua potable deberán presentar, cada cuatro (4) meses, al Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico, toda la información relacionada con los consumos mensuales de agua facturada, por estratos y por uso, según el correspondiente ciclo de facturación de la entidad.
