Art. 4.° El mismo Poder Ejecutivo trasmitirá a la señora Santander, viuda de Freyre, copia auténtica del presente acto legislativo, en testimonio de la invariable gratitud con que la Nación colombiana recuerda y trata de recompensar los servicios eminentes de uno de sus más preclaros hijos y del primero de sus Magistrados constitucionales.
