Art. único. Apruébase el contrato celebrado en Lóndres el 3 de marzo del presente año por el gran jeneral T. C. de Mosquera, enviando estraordinario i ministro plenipotenciario de los Estados Unidos de Colombia cerca de su majestad británica, i Ambrosio W. Thompson, a nombre de la compañía de fomento de Chiriquí, establecida en Filadelfia, bajo la razon social de "Chiriquí improvement company," para establecer una línea de vapores en el Atlántico i el Pacífico.
