Decreto 1333 de 1986 · por el cual se expide el Código de Régimen Municipal

La solicitud, acompañada de las certificaciones y documentos a que se refiere el artículo 14 será presentada por los interesados al Gobernador del Departamento, funcionario que tramitará el expediente. Si la documentación resultare incompleta, el Gobernador por medio de resolución motivada así lo declarará en un término improrrogable de diez días y la devolverá a los interesados para los fines a que hubiere lugar. La Asamblea Departamental conocerá el correspondiente proyecto de ordenanza, a propuesta de sus respectivos miembros o del Gobernador.

Parágrafo

Si el proyecto de ordenanza fuere negado, se archivara, y una nueva iniciativa en el mismo sentido sólo podrá presentarse dos años después.
