Destinase anualmente del tesoro nacional la suma de tres mil pesos ($ 3. 000.00) para las festividades del 6 de agosto en la ciudad de monos, suma que deberá girarse a la academia de historia de esta ciudad, a más tardar en los primeros quince (15) días del mes de julio inmediatamente anterior. Para las festividades esquí centenario, este auxilio será de diez mil pesos ($ 10.000).
