Articulo 17. Los tintes para el cabello, los dentífricos y los insecticidas necesitan licencia para su importación y venta. Los tintes deberán llevar en los marbetes o etiquetas una leyenda en que se advierta, que si su aplicación determina cualquier fenómeno patológico, no es conveniente continuar su uso sin consultar a un médico.
