Los valores que resulten a favor del Municipio de Barbacoas, de acuerdo con el artículo anterior, se consignarán en el Banco de la República o en la Agencia de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero que pudiera establecerse en barbacoas, quedando una u otra entidad crediticia con el carácter de recaudador depositario de ellos.
