El Tribunal Disciplinario estará integrado por tres (3) Oficiales que tendrán las funciones de vocales, un Fiscal, un Asesor Jurídico y un Secretario designados por quien lo convoca. Tratándose de Tribunales Disciplinarios para Oficiales, el grado de los vocales será superior al del acusado y el Secretario será un Oficial de cualquier grado El Oficial vocal más antiguo será el Presidente del Tribunal Disciplinario.
