Decreto 2718 de 1984 · Por el cual se reglamenta la Ley 60 de 1981, sobre el ejercicio de la profesión de Administración de Empresas

Para tomar posesión de cualquier cargo oficial cuyo desempeño demande conocimientos profesionales en Administración de Empresas, la persona nombrada deberá presentar, ante el funcionario a quien corresponda darle posesión, certificado de matrícula vigente. En el acta de posesión se dejará constancia del número de la matrícula y de la profesión del posesionado.

Parágrafo

Lo anterior sin perjuicio del ejercicio de otras profesiones afines, debidamente autorizadas y reglamentadas por el Gobierno Nacional.
