Artículo octavo. Los establecimientos que no dieren cumplimiento a las obligaciones fijadas por el Decreto numeró 0545 y por el presente, incurrirán en multa de cien ($100.00) pesos a tres mil ($3.000.00) pesos moneda corriente, que serán impuestas por el Departamento Nacional de Turismo, de acuerdo con la categoría del establecimiento y la gravedad de la infracción. El valor de tales multas deberá ser consignado en la respectiva oficina de Hacienda Nacional, dentro de las veinticuatro (24) horas siguientes a la notificación de la providencia en que se imponga la sanción.
