Para el reconocimiento y pago de la partida de alimentación de que trata el artículo 35 del Decreto 1213 de 1990, los Comandantes de Departamento de Policía reportarán mensualmente a la Unidad de Sistemas, la relación de los Agentes que tengan derecho a este beneficio, indicando los lugares y días de permanencia en las áreas señaladas por la citada disposición.
