Dicha Comisión, a cuya disposición pondrá el Gobierno todos los documentos, planos e informaciones que posee o pueda adquirir, relativos a las expresadas propiedades, levantara el plano general de estas, con especificaciones precisas y detalladas:

De la parte o partes, cuyo derecho es indiscutible; y

De la parte o partes cuyo derecho es pretendido por terceros.

Parágrafo

Respecto de aquellas que no formen un globo común, la Comisión levantara planos parciales.
