Si se presentan inconvenientes tecnológicos que impidan el registro de los eventos de la factura electrónica- Título Valor en el RADIAN, las operaciones efectuadas en el lapso del inconveniente deberán reportarse una vez se restablezca el registro, a más tardar, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes.

Resolucion 42 de 2020 · Por la cual se desarrollan los sistemas de facturación, los proveedores tecnológicos, el registro de la factura electrónica de venta como título valor, se expide el anexo técnico de factura electrónica de venta y se dictan otras disposiciones en materia de sistemas de facturación.
