Art ículo 1º Habrá en la capital de la República dos recolectores de muestras minerales, encargados de reunir y clasificar ejemplares de piedra, metales preciosos y metaloides de procedencia nacional, a fin de que en el museo que formen y por los catálogos y descripciones que hagan se puedan conocer las riquezas minerales del país.
