° Créease el cargo de Secretaria Bilingüe del Despacho del Ministro de Obras Públicas, con una asignación de ochocientos cincuenta pesos ($ 850) mensuales, que se cubrirá con cargo a la partida asignada en el Presupuesto de Gastos de la presente vigencia (Capítulo III, artículo 1803), para sueldos del personal de las Oficinas Centrales del Ministerio de Obras Públicas.
