De la partida global apropiada dentro del Presupuesto Nacional de Gastos para la actual vigencia, en el Capítulo 0917, financiamiento a cargo del Ministerio Programa VIII - institutos de ciegos, sordomudos, asilos, orfanatos y otros, articulo 9340 "Auxilios a instituciones para ciegos y sordomudos", ordinal 8 "para auxiliar instituciones de rehabilitación y protección a los ciegos y sordomudos,-según distribución que se liará de acuerdo con las necesidades, en el año", hácese la siguiente distribución:
