Posesión del Gerente o Directo r. Los Gerentes o Directores Generales de las Zonas Francas tomarán posesión de su cargo ante el Ministro de Desarrollo Económico. Los demás funcionarios o trabajadores de la Zona lo harán ante el Gerente o Director General de la misma o ante el funcionario del nivel Directivo en quien, por resolución de carácter general, delegue tal función.
