Estados financieros. De conformidad con las disposiciones legales, el treinta y uno (31) de diciembre de cada año se realizarán cortes en las cuentas de resultado. Se elaborará el Balance General y los inventarios y se liquidarán las operaciones correspondientes al ejercicio que termina. Los Estados Financieros se elaborarán y presentarán con sujeción a las normas vigentes, y contendrán por lo menos el detalle completo de la cuenta de pérdidas y ganancias, un proyecto de distribución de utilidades repartibles y el informe del Gerente sobre la situación económica y financiera de la Empresa.
