ARTICULO 2.4.3.2.3 .- FINANCIACION DE VIVIENDA O LOTES CON SERVICIOS. Con arreglo en lo dispuesto en el artículo 95 de la ley 09 de 1989, en adelante, el Banco Central Hipotecario financiará con un monto no inferior al cincuenta por ciento (50%) de sus recursos, directa o indirectamente a través del mercado secundario de hipotecas, vivienda o lotes con servicios cuyo precio de venta no supere un valor equivalente a ciento treinta y cinco (135) salarios mínimos mensuales. Así mismo, destinará la totalidad de las utilidades que obtenga en el desarrollo de programas de vivienda cuyo precio de venta sea superior a ciento treinta y cinco (135) salarios mínimos mensuales, dentro de los márgenes permitidos y límites aquí establecidos a programas de capitalización o de vivienda de interés social.
