El inciso segundo del numeral 1º del artículo 6º del Decreto 2141 de 1996 quedará así: "Los responsables de impuestos al consumo anexarán a las declaraciones ante el Fondo-Cuenta copia o fotocopia de la respectiva declaración de importación y los demás anexos que se indiquen en las instrucciones de diligenciamiento de los formularios".
