° La Junta de Conversión presentará al Ministerio del Tesoro un modelo de los libros destinados al registro de todos los billetes de la edición últimamente fabricados por la American Bank Note Company. Una vez aprobado dicho modelo por el Ministro del Tesoro, la Junta procederá a hacer fabricar en esta ciudad, a la mayor brevedad posible, el número de libros necesarios para el registro de que se trata.
