Alcance del Plan de Manejo Ambiental. El Plan de Manejo Ambiental que se establezca a los zoocriaderos con fines comerciales de la especie Hélix aspersa que se encuentran en funcionamiento, contemplará las fases experimental o comercial, según el caso, de acuerdo con el estado en que se encuentre el establecimiento y la verificación que realice la autoridad ambiental. La fase de Investigación o experimental involucrará la adecuación del zoocriadero y las actividades de investigación o experimentación del proyecto. Para autorizar la fase comercial se requerirá modificación de la licencia ambiental.
