º . Transferencia de derechos de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Liquidadora de Asuntos del Instituto de Crédito Territorial al Inurbe. Cuando los activos radicados en cabeza de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Liquidadora de Asuntos del Instituto de Crédito Territorial, previstos en el artículo 2º de la Ley 708 de 2001, estén representados por bienes inmuebles, éstos se transferirán al Inurbe mediante el procedimiento establecido en el inciso 3º del artículo 1º de dicha ley, exceptuando los inmuebles descritos en el inciso 2º del artículo 1º de la Ley 708 de 2001.
